Job Overview

As a Consultant for Process Development and Coaching at Mindshift to Excellence, you will be at the forefront of transforming product development processes within the automotive industry. Your role will involve not only advising clients on best practices but also coaching key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to clients on common automotive standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, and Cyber Security, ensuring their processes align with industry requirements and best practices.
  • Process Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of product development processes tailored to the automotive sector, facilitating smoother workflows and enhanced efficiency.
  • Coaching and Development: Coach process owners and stakeholders in organizations, empowering them with the skills and knowledge necessary to optimize their processes and adapt to evolving industry demands.
  • Process Improvement Management: Manage, drive, and coordinate the rollout of process improvement initiatives, ensuring that changes are effectively integrated and that stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and training materials, to support understanding and adherence to newly implemented processes.
